I.S. 323 is a fully air-conditioned, accessible, seven-story school for students in sixth through eighth grade. The facility provides thirty standard classrooms, and four district special education classrooms. The school also includes four reading resource rooms, two art classrooms, and three science laboratories with prep rooms, as well as a music suite with practice cubicles. There are nine District 75 classrooms with dedicated restrooms and rooms for occupational/physical therapy, daily living, guidance, exercise and speech. In addition, there is a full kitchen and student cafeteria; a staff lunch/workroom, a parent room, and a library. Also provided are administrative, guidance, and medical suites. The facility also includes a green roof. Recreational spaces include a gymnasium with stage and a dance studio, fitness room, and a playground.
