NYC School Construction Authority is transforming our current supplier portal to streamline our procurement processes and make it easier to work with the SCA. The current supplier portal, iSupplier, will be upgraded July 7, 2025, to the SCA Supplier Portal.
The SCA Supplier Portal will bring:
Enhanced standardization
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Self maintenance of your company's profile
And greater visibility into the procurement lifecycle

The following training sessions are open for registration at SCA University. If you don't have a profile in SCA University, please register as a 'New/Non-SCA User.' All SCA vendors and suppliers must be registered in SCA University to participate in or attend SCA Supplier Portal training sessions.

This training is intended for all Vendors with awarded SCA contracts. The following will be covered during the session:

Vendors currently using SCA’s Oracle iSupplier portal will transition to using the Oracle Fusion/SCA supplier portal after July 7, 2025. What is changing for iSupplier vendors? These changes enable us to provide EFT as a form of payment and improve the overall efficiency of invoicing and payments. Why is SCA changing supplier portals? Changes to the supplier platform go into effect July 1, 2025. When does this change take effect? If you are an approved vendor in SCA’s current supplier portal, iSupplier, make sure your vendor profile is up to date – addresses, emails, contact names should be as up to date as possible. What actions do I need to take now? No. All active approved vendors will have current profile information transferred into the Oracle Fusion supplier portal from the current iSupplier portal. Will I need to copy my information into the new supplier portal (as a current active approved vendor)? Yes. Starting July 7, 2025, all approved and active vendors are required to have a profile set up within the Oracle Fusion/SCA supplier portal and maintain that profile while working with the SCA. Will the Oracle Fusion/SCA supplier portal be required once a vendor is approved to work with SCA? As an active approved vendor using iSupplier, you will receive portal emails to log in, reset your password, and confirm profile information after Go-live on July 7, 2025. I use the SCA Oracle iSupplier portal today. What will be required of me after July 7, 2025? If you are a vendor using VAS (Vendor Access System) no action is required of you. You’ll have the option to transition to transition to the Oracle Fusion/ SCA Supplier Portal after July 7, 2025. I use VAS only, is any action required for me? If you are a vendor with a profile in both VAS and SCA’s current Oracle portal iSupplier, your information in iSupplier will be transferred to the upgraded Oracle Fusion/SCA supplier portal. No changes will occur to your vendor profile in VAS. I have profiles in both VAS and iSupplier. What actions are required of me? If you are a vendor using RCMS (Requirements Contract Management System) no action is required of you. You’ll have the option to transition to the Oracle Fusion/ SCA Supplier Portal after July 7, 2025. I use RCMS today, is any action required for me? No, as a subcontractor, you will continue to be paid through your GC and will not need a profile or account in the Oracle Fusion/SCA supplier portal. I am a subcontractor. Can I sign up for the upgraded Oracle Fusion/SCA supplier portal? Yes, SCA will continue to reach out over the coming months with additional information, training resources, and actions to take to prepare vendors ahead of the upgrade. For vendors, general contracts and suppliers, the Supplier Portal will be for electronic payment (EFT), and tracking the status of a payment, invoice, and purchase order. What will I use the Supplier Portal for? Starting July 7, you can enter banking information in the Supplier Portal to sign up for EFT. When can I sign up for electronic payments (EFT)? Yes, vendors, general contractors, suppliers, and the DOE who have an active contract with NYC SCA and wish to be paid electronically should sign up for the Supplier Portal. Do I need to have an active contract with NYC SCA to sign up for the Supplier Portal? No, if you submit invoices or payment requests through CAMP, PCM, or RCMS, you will continue to do so. Is anything changing with SCA’s current CAMP, PCM, or RCMS systems for vendors, suppliers or GC’s? No, the Supplier Portal is only replacing iSupplier aka SCIP. Is the Supplier Portal replacing RCMS, CAMP or PCM? Legal licensees who receive one-time payments will still be paid via check. Legal licensees who receive reoccurring payments can sign up for electronic payments (EFT). Do these changes apply to legal licensees? Vendors/suppliers/GCs who do not have an account already created in the soon to be retired iSupplier Portal and want to use EFT will be able to create a profile and add banking information after July 7. What if we aren’t currently using the iSupplier Portal? Create a profile in SCA University and select the available courses you wish to take. How do I register for training? Yes, training registration is open and available. Additional training guides and webinars are in SCA University. Will instructions be available on how to use the upgraded Supplier Portal?
