Overview
The Guidelines are organized first by stage or phase of work (General, Planning/Assignment, Scope & Design, Bid-Award, Construction, and Closeout) and within that by applicability to project type (CIP, Capacity, or CIP & Capacity).
The naming convention for the Procedural Guidelines is as follows: all start with the prefix PG; then number (1-6) indicating overall stage/phase; then number (1-3) indicating project-type applicability; and finally sequential number of issuance.
Note that two procedures previously issued as AEP (A&E Procedures) have been included as part of the Procedural Guidelines.
