Overview
The SCA's Five-Year Capital Plan helps the RES group decide where new schools are needed, working closely with the DOE to address additional needs. The plan highlights Community School Districts, Sub-Districts, and High School seat needs. The RES group actively searches for sites in these areas.
If you are a listing broker, please indicate if you are not the property owner. Brokers without a contract with the property owner should note that SCA has contract brokers who will respond.
Know of a potential school site? Submit it below or email Sites@nycsca.org. All sites are evaluated for capital needs and school suitability. Community members can contact the Director of External Affairs or Senior Director of Real Estate for more information.
