The P.S. 127 Addition is a five-story, fully air-conditioned, primary school building located adjacent to the existing landmark school built in 1900. The addition includes four pre-kindergarten classrooms, a kindergarten room, eleven classrooms from first through fifth grade and three special education classrooms. The Addition highlights several physical education features including a three-thousand square foot early childhood playground, a separate general play yard and a gymnasium. The Addition will also house art and music classrooms, a science resource room, a kitchen complex, a library, and a guidance/school-based support suite.
