The P.S. 340 Annex is a new four-story, air-conditioned, fully accessible building, for students in grades pre-k through first. The building includes four pre-K, six kindergarten, and six first grade classrooms. The annex also includes a CSD special education classroom and a reading/speech room. The building contains two supervisory offices, a medical suite, a parent/community room, a project room, an exercise room, library, as well as a new student cafeteria and a staff lunch/conference room. Recreational spaces include a gymatorium and a playground area.
