The Francis Lewis High School annex is a fully air-conditioned, accessible three-story building with eighteen standard classrooms. The project includes: 
A culinary arts kitchen/dining classroom 
Science lab with an adjacent science prep room 
A greenhouse 

To service the school’s playing field, the annex also includes two student locker rooms, as well as three supervisory offices
