Human Resources

Human Resources (HR) supports the New York City School Construction Authority by recruiting, engaging, and managing a diverse, civil service compliant workforce that reflects the communities we serve. HR provides essential services across employment and staffing, benefits administration, performance management, labor and employee relations, and workforce development.

The HR team is committed to delivering these services accurately, efficiently, and professionally, while supporting employee growth, productivity, and morale. Through daily operations and special programs, HR supports all employees as they contribute to SCA’s mission of building and maintaining safe, high-quality public-school facilities for New York City students.
