Renovation of a former parochial school, Our Lady of Guadalupe, for students in kindergarten through the fifth grade. The two-story building with cellar provides twelve standard classrooms, a special education classroom, a reading resource room, an art and science room, a multi-purpose (gymnasium/auditorium/cafeteria) room, library, medical and guidance suites and an early childhood playground. Included in the project were electrical, gas and water service upgrades, a new gas boiler as well as new fire alarm, lighting and intrusion alarm systems.
