The P.S. 14 addition is a four-story, air-conditioned, fully accessible addition for students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The addition includes five kindergarten classrooms and eight standard classrooms, a reading/speech resource room, three district special education classrooms, medical and guidance suites, an art classroom, a science resource room, a music classroom, a staff lunchroom, and a kitchen and cafeteria. Improvements in the main building include four pre-kindergarten classrooms, two standard classrooms, a community based organization room, an exercise room, and a parent room. Outdoor recreational spaces include a courtyard, an early childhood playground, and a playground for upper grade students, and a children’s garden
