The Tribeca Learning Center is part of a new mixed-use high rise development in Lower Manhattan providing 20 standard classrooms and a special education classroom. 

The project includes:

Reading, science and speech resource rooms 
Art and music classrooms 
Library 
Exercise room 
Gymatorium 
3,500 square feet of outdoor play space 
Medical, guidance and administrative suites 
Staff lunch and conference room
