The P.S. 176 Addition is a three-story fully air-conditioned, accessible addition for students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The addition includes one pre-kindergarten classroom, two kindergarten classrooms, seventeen standard classrooms, and two district special education classrooms, as well as reading and resource speech rooms. The addition also contains a science resource room, a cafeteria, a library, guidance and administrative suites, a new kitchen, and cafeteria. Improvements in the main building include an exercise room, a music suite, and an art classroom, as well as a medical suite.
