Fully air-conditioned, accessible, five story building providing twentyseven standard classrooms for students in pre-kindergarten through the eighth grades. There are three schools in the building including P.S. 130 Annex, M.S. 839 and five classrooms for P.S. 53 (District 75). The primary and middle schools will each have approximately 350 seats and the District 75 school will have 60 seats. The facility includes a reading/speech resource room, a science lab, an art classroom, a music classroom, library and administrative offices. The building also includes a cafeteria, staff lunch room, gymnasium and gymatorium. Outdoor recreational spaces include an entry courtyard, an early childhood playground and a large schoolyard for the older students
