The College Point Collaborative Educational Building, (I.S. 336) is an air-conditioned, fully accessible, three-story school for students in grades sixth through eighth, in what was the St. Fidelis School. The renovated facility provides nineteen standard classrooms, two district special education classrooms, and a reading resource room. The school also includes an art classroom, a science demonstration classroom, a science lab with a prep room, a music suite, and a library. In addition, there is a full kitchen, student cafeteria, staff lunchroom, and a teachers’ workroom. Also provided are administrative offices, guidance suite, and medical suites. Recreational spaces include a gymnasium with locker rooms, and an outdoor playground.
