
Governance
The New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) was established in 1989 as a public benefit corporation pursuant to Title 6 of the New York State Public Authorities Law. The SCA is governed by a Board of Trustees and operates in accordance with its enabling legislation, By-Laws, applicable rules and regulations, and policies and guidelines adopted by the Authority.
The SCA is committed to responsible governance, accountability, transparency, and the ethical administration of its public responsibilities.
